Okay instead of creating an offshoot blog, I have decided to create a category off the main blog.

I’m just getting ready to go to my local county court and hand in my petition for bankruptcy, I am starting to get very nervous, the outcome is not as cut and dry as you may think, as one of two things could happen.

Who ever hears my case may turn round and say “find an alternative to bankruptcy”, will mean I’m back to square one again, hopefully this will not happen and will go ahead.

Or

It is deferred to another date and I have to wait for my case to be heard.

I’ll let you know later how I get on.
